It is official, Leisha Hailey will be starring, as Alice Pieszeck, in the upcoming L Word Spin-off.

Alice has always been one of my favorite characters, behind only Erin Daniel's Dana Fairbanks. Since I first heard of the spin-off, I've wished and wished that Alice would be the main character. I'm not sure how they will explain why she is no longer around the rest of the cast, but I'm sure they will come up with something, as long as they don't have her doing something that is completely out of character for her.
aint that the truth, she better be hitting it bi, while not selling out. And it'll take some miraculously awesome writing is she stays in LA with no contact to her girls.
