Germany ... I am Here
So, I am in Germany lovely people and am having a blast ... well, with only a couple exception (for one of them, let me just saw, old German men are creepy). The other bad thing is Delta had lost my luggage for a while and so I had one outfit. I will admit though, that the reason they lost my luggage is wonderful. So, my original flight kept getting delayed and eventually canceled because of problems at JFK. So, I went to ticketing and had them change my flight to Cincinnati. Best part of this change? From Cincinnati to Frankfurt, I had been bumped up to business class. I had never flown business class before, so I was very excited. I've seen a couple cities now and went to the zoo!
Yes, I went to the zoo. I had fun. Hell, I was acting like a little kid when I got to see the penguins, the polar bears, and the monkeys. The penguins were soooo cute! They walked right up to me and my friend. There was no glass, just a small fence separating us from them. There were two polar bears as far as I could tell. There was a baby polar bear, Wilbar, who was born Dec. 10, 2007. He seemed very playful, swimming around in the water and playing with the various things the zoo keeps in there. The other polar bear just sat around on a rock until it was time for it to use the bathroom. Yes, we, unfortunately, got to see the polar bear use the bathroom, twice. It was kinda gross. The monkeys were cute. They had weird white butts. We got to see some baby monkeys too.
I would post pictures, but unfortunately, I cannot load any pictures from my camera to my laptop because my memory card is a brand new HiDef thingie that my three year old laptop won't read.

Happy New Year!
Happy New Year everyone! Hope you all had as wonderful a New Years Eve as I did (open bar is kinda awesome)!
One of my resolutions this year is to keep up with updating this blog ... at least once a week. I know, I know, it would be better if it were once a day, but I'm working on it. Unfortunately, those weekly updates may or may not happen before I get back from Germany. I leave in less than a week, and while I would probably have regular access to a computer, who knows what I'll be doing.
