Grey's Obsession

So, I've recently become obsessed with Grey's Anatomy, the show, fanfic, and fanvids, basically anything revolving around Grey's.

I recently read some Grey's fanfic wih a couple different couplings and here are some videos dedicated to them (none of the videos belong to me):

Quick note on Callica videos, while Kate Perry's song, "I Kissed a Girl" may seem like a good choice, if you actually listen to the lyrics, its about kissing a girl, while drunk, to make a boyfriend jealous. A better song would be Jill Sobule's "I Kissed a Girl." The lyrics fit a little bit better

Okay, so, right now, I'm not very good at the whole updating regularly and having something substantial to actually discuss. I could post a entry every day but they wouldn't really be about anything. So, here's how you can help me.

Grey's Anatomy

Before you read this post, be warned, MARJOR SPOILERS are ahead. If you missed the season finale of Grey's Anatomy (and you don't want to know anything before you actually see it) than stop reading now.




Okay, I never watched this show before yesterday when I watched the past four episodes online. Now, I have a new favorite show. Grey's Anatomy is now one of the few shows with a gay major character ... and not only does it have one, but it actually has two female leads who are gay. Better yet, McSteamy actually told one of them to go for it. I love this show now.

I will admit, the only reason why I watched the episodes I watched was to see the buzz about Callie Torres and Erica Hahn and boy was I surprised. I did not think anyhing would happen, even after the kiss last week in the elevator with McSteamy.

But I was thankfully wrong. Near the end of tonight's season finale (as almost everyone was kissing someone else) Callie walked up to Erica and tried to ask her out. The blonde doctor wasn't really listening, so Callie decided actions spoke louder than words, and just kissed the good doctor.

WAY TO GO CALLIE! The kiss was actually shown for a decent amount of time, probably not as much as the heterosexual kisses, but it did get more time than the much anticipated Derek/Meredith kiss. (I will admit, the whole blue plan in candles, was AMAZING, and I was in tears when the girl woke up)

Callie Torres is played by Sara Ramirez. Erica Hahn is played by Brooke Smith.

I'll try to write more later, like a recap or something, but I'm a little too tired now. I'll just include a video of the lead up to the kiss, and the first part of the kiss.

Marriage Monday

So, now, LGBT folks can get married in California! Woot!

Now I just have to find a girlfriend and move to California ... yea.

While I don't have a special someone, there are tons of others, and some of them even live in Cali, who have someone they want to marry.

Ellen Degeneres is one of those lucky people. Our good o'lesbian friend Ellen announced at a taping of her show that her and her actress girlfriend, Portia de Rossi, are going to get married. This is just awesome.
